1) Perfect location if you have an early flight from Portela (taxi is less than 10 euro) 2) Reception will help you order the taxi 3) Perfect location to reach the Entrecampos train station
1) Expensive internet 2) No shops to buy cheap water or snacks.

This hotel has an excellent location, very close to Campo Pequeno, and several cafes and shops nearby. The metro station and train station is also very close. Nice rooms, enough space, and very clean. I will definetely return to this hotel.

small rooms, no wireless internet in rooms, very very very small bathrooms... you can't really do anything or move in the rooms.

Hotel is clean and comfortable.
Breakfast uninspiring. Would be nice with a kettle in the room for tea and coffee making. Quite a distance to central Lisbon sights.

it's very conveniently located close to Campo Pequeno metro station. there is a petrol station right across from the hotel open 24h where we could get ice to cool the champagne as well as other last minute necessities. there is a rather decent sushi bar about 3 minutes from the hotel. the area is quiet and safe.

Convenient location with easy access to the metro and train lines. The breakfast offered a good variety, including assorted muffins, cold meats, and hot food options.

Apart from the points mentioned above, I found the location ideal for my requirements whilst in Lisbon. I have also used the hotel on previous occasions.
It is not really a dislike, but would like to see tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms

Not sure why its referred to as VIP, nice to stay if on a tight budget, but the beds will leave your back sore after a day or two if you can sleep all night.

We really appreciated the fantastic location, just a short walk to the mall and other local attractions. The staff was great. The kids loved the spacious room that accommodated us well during our trip.
My kids wished there was a microwave available for quick meals.

Perfect place with excellent staff and particularly good views. Exceptionally comfortable beds and TV and a storage space. Good and amazing location relatively near a dotted garden. Found in a shopping area. A really amazing way to end my business trip...
